Bill splitting apps compared: LazySplit, Tab, splitty and Resplit
All of these apps turn a photo of an itemised receipt into a fair split, so you can't go badly wrong. The real differences are where they run, whether your friends have to install something, and what happens after the meal.
LazySplit's angle: it runs in the browser for everyone. You scan the receipt, drop one link in the group chat, and each person claims their own items on their own phone while the bill updates live for the whole table.

Which should you pick?
- Mixed iPhone and Android group, or friends who won't install anything: pick something that runs in the browser for everyone.
- Everyone should claim their own items: look for live claiming from a shared link, so one person isn't tapping for the whole table.
